Role Summary/Purpose: | Service Business Analyst will be responsible of preparing, updating maintaining and improving business intelligence solutions as well as data analysis that help regions, functions and product teams to see their operations from the eyes of the customers in GE Healthcare SGM (Service Growth Markets) including regions Turkey & Middle East, Africa, South Asia and ASEAN |
Essential Responsibilities: | 1.Act as owner of weekly, monthly and quarterly published dashboards in order to make the process visible from the eyes of customers 2.Provide statistical data analysis related to part of overall process using the data provided in business intelligence platforms 3.Connect with Zone Service Teams, Functional Teams and Product teams to identify improvement opportunities for dashboards and scorecards with the right prioritizations 4.Convert identified improvement opportunities into project plans which include clear milestones, scope and resource definitions and ensure the execution of the projects is parallel to the plan 5.Design performance analysis methods for One Services programs (workforce management, smart field dispatching etc.) in order to help regions evaluating their productivity and efficiency gains; provide consultancy for developing continuous improvement projects 6.Work with IT and Technology teams to Identify infrastructure and processes for improved business intelligence platforms and functional & regional dashboards 7.Ensure the structure and development plan of business intelligence is aligned with global strategy |
Qualifications/Requirements: | 1.Bachelor’s Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline 2.Working with cross-functional teams and achieve mutual goals by using conflict resolution and influencing skills 3.Lead the projects wing to wing (plan, execute, measure and communicate) 4.Proficient in Excel with ability to code in VB 5.Knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis tools (Minitab, R, etc) 6.SQL or other data query language knowledge 7.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capability in understanding the data and its relation to the process flow. 8.Strong skills about developing algorithms to show how to tackle the problems 9.Strong influencing skills across business function 10.Demonstrated commitment for process improvement 11.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English 12.Effective decision-making capabilities 13.Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external 14.Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task |
